Request Support

Option 1:

Ideally example of error on screen is shown, close windows that don't have error or have private info showing.

Next, on bottom right side of screen, right-click  H 

Click Take Screenshot and Request Support (so we can see error).

Enter details

Submit your support ticket by clicking Submit.

Option 2:

Call 361-570-7240, choose Option 1 to talk to Support Team by phone for urgent issues.
